The Grand Canyon

The canyon is one of the famous spots in the world. It was created by the Colorado River over a 5.4 million year in time. Many people come to visit here on several occasions to hunt and of course to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The Grand Canyon however is a massive rift in the Colorado Plateau, but not actually the deepest canyon in the world.

This striking mark is also well known because of the thick sequence of ancient rocks that are well preserved and marvelously exposed in the walls of the canyon.

Camarines Sur Water Sports Complex - CWC

Long bus rides is a lot of fun for me, and hmmm... I find it really cool. I traveled to Bicol last Friday (Sept. 4, 2009) to Camarines Sur, where I and my five grade school classmates will meet at CWC (Camarines Sur Water Sports Complex).

It was actually one of our friends’ (Maryrose Cellona-Sy) church wedding after she was courteously wed and have two sons; such a lucky woman that she already has her own family to take care of. I was with Lailani, Leah, Chris, Cecille and Alvin (Cecille’s hubby). We stayed at CWC’s private Villa’s while the wedding itself was held at one of Naga City’s church and the Reception was followed at the finest Villa Caceres Hotel and Restaurant.

Back at CWC range, I and Cecille had a white wine session since my Habibi won’t let me drink beers anymore, whew! We had some chit chats too and had time to reminisce ‘bout our grade school memoir, and oh! Laughter burst out in our crib.

The next day was a walk through the entire place of CWC as we took pictures for a keepsake. Weather was fine so we in fact enjoyed the entire morning. I refused to try the kayak again since I find it boring. We just stayed at one corner and savor the day appreciating those guys who plays the wake boarding. We headed home to the City of Love by noon.

******

Camarines Sur Water Sports Complex can be reached by land through Buses going to Bicol areas. The place of rest will be at Pili, Camarines Sur then take a short motor ride to hit the vicinity. It is one of Bicol’s awesome places so don’t drop a moment to visit the site.

USAP Señorita's

An endless mile; a bus wheel turning
A friend to share the lonesome times…
A handshake and a sip of wine.
So say it loud and let it ring
We are all a part of everything
The future, present and the past
-Charlie Daniels:
I’m so glad enough to appreciate these friends around; I call them the “Señoritas” since they’re lovely ladies. Once we give time to bond around all together in one zone where we all shared our laughter that never been heard in the office and voices that never been aired…

It was an awesome afternoon at Filoil Kapitolyo Pasig when these Señorita’s gather together for a happy hour. Foods were scattered at the slab for dine and drinks to get stewed in time. Every one did burst out into song and dance to the hymn of the theme. Kai who was tag as “birit bulilit” gave the best warble of her songs; Mayan was forced to sing and ohh!we’re all tickled by it. Meme twist in her best motion and I, hmmm… indeed rocks in cool notch.

Other pretty señorita’s were Faith, Sheena and Irene who then bothers to hold the microphone for a piece and jive with us. The gathering however gave us all a different view and passion for friendships.
This is just the beginning of molding ourselves in peeping for a better relationship with each other….
And, ooppss! Demure, Sexy and Naughty Pictures of course!
So, Señorita’s, adios!

Habibi

My  love to you is incomparable. You’re the sweetest thing in life that I can consider. I love you, even our life comes in a clashing way… But it’s not a hindrance I should say…I may not be candid with what I feel but I know these sentiments are merited. I love the way I dealt with your needs and I’m happy enough to please you.

Every day I think of you... and wishing that I could always stay beside you. I may sound desirous and I don’t care how the world will look down on my purpose.

I want to see and share my future with you. I wanna see myself crying and laughing with you. I want to be that someone who will comfort you when a hurtful thing knocks on you...

I love you….

I know….

Words are not enough indeed to express my sensitivity, but I know one day….sweet season will tell that you and I are meant in keeping the harmonious tune of love…

I'm just at the corner sitting around and will remain to linger for your unselfish touch.

THE BIGGEST LITTLE WORDS

There are many things that we can do to perk up and strengthen our interpersonal relationships.Yet the most effective involves the saying of just three words.

"I'll be there."

If you have ever had to call a friend in the middle of the night, to take a sick child to hospital, or when your car has broken down some miles from home, you will know how good it feels to hear the phrase "I'll be there." Being there for another person is the greatest gift we can give. When we are truly present for other people, important things happen to them and us. We are renewed in love and friendship. We are restored emotionally and spiritually. Being there is at the very core of civility.

"I miss you."

Perhaps more marriages could be saved and strengthened Perhaps more marriages could be saved and strengthened if couples simply and sincerely said to each other "I miss you."if couples simply and sincerely said to each other "I miss you."This powerful affirmation tells partners they are wanted, needed, desired and loved. This powerful affirmation tells partners they are wanted, needed, desired and loved. "I miss you."

“I respect you”

Respect is another way of showing love. Respect conveys the feeling that another person is a true equal. If you talk to your children as if they were adults you will strengthen the bonds and become close friends. This applies to all interpersonal relationships.

The Secret ....

One day, one friend asked another,
"How is it that you are always so happy? You have so much energy, and you never seem to get down."

With her eyes smiling, she said,
"I know the Secret!" "What secret is that?" To which she replied, "I'll tell you all about it, but you have to promise to share the Secret with others."
"The Secret is this:

I have learned there is littl
e I can do in my life that will make me truly happy. I must depend on God to make me happy and to meet my needs. When a need arises in my life, I have to trust God to supply according to HIS riches. I have learned most of the time I don't need half of what I think I do. He has never let me down. Since I learned that 'Secret', I am happy."

The questioner's first tho
ught was,"That's too simple!" But upon reflecting over her own life she recalled how she thought a bigger house would make her happy, but it didn't! She thought a better paying job would make her happy, but it hadn't. When did she realize her greatest happiness? Sitting on the floor with her grandchildren, or other children, playing games, eating pizza or reading a story, a simple gift from God.

Now you know it too!

We can't depend on people to make us happy. Only GOD in His infinite wisdom can do that. Trust HIM! And now I pass the Secret on to you! So once you get it, what will you do?

You have to tell someone the Secret, too!
That GOD in His wisdom will take care of YOU! But it's not really a secret... We just have to believe it and do it...

Really trust God!

Sweet Rainy Morning...

I woke up with a rainy morning this day, and whew!that makes me so lazy to get up and prepare myself for work. It always gives me two minds if I’m going to move or not, hehehe… but when I think of my responsibilities at the office, hmmmm… I gotta need to tell myself, “get up girl, you need to work!” hahaha…or else, I won’t be earning money too to support myself.haaayyzzz….Gentle rain sometimes makes me want to stay on bed for hours, and with the cozy feeling inside my crib, hmmm… you won’t even dare to think of getting up as early as five in the morning especially when you’re sleeping sweetly with your habibi…

Recent miracle in Egypt !==== Broadcasted in CBS...

A Muslim man in Egypt killed his wife because she was reading the Bible and then buried her with their infant baby and an 8-year old daughter.

The girls were buried alive! He then reported to the police that an uncle killed the kids. 15 days later, another family member died. When they went to bury him, they found the 2 little girls under the sand - ALIVE!

The country is outraged over the incident, and the man will be executed at the end of July.

The older girl was asked how she had survived and she says:- 'A man wearing shiny white clothes, with bleeding wounds in his hands, came every day to feed us. He woke up my mom so she could nurse my sister,' she said. She was interviewed on Egyptian national TV, by a veiled Muslim woman news anchor. She
said on public TV, 'This was none other than Jesus, because nobody else does things like this!'

Muslims believe Isa (Jesus) would do this, but the wounds m ean He really was crucified, and it's clear also that He is alive! But, it's also clear that the child could not make up a story like this, and there is no way these children could have survived without a true miracle.

Muslim leaders are going to have a hard time to figure out what to do with this, and the popularity of the Passion movie doesn't help! With Egypt at the centre of the media and education in the Middle East , you can be s
ure this story will spread. Christ is still controlling and turning the world. Please let this story be shared..

The Lord says, 'I will bless the person who puts his trust in me. (Jeremiah 17)

Mahatma Gandhi's Funeral

See this.....

On Friday 30 January 1948, Gandhi woke up at his usual hour, 3:30 a.m. After the morning prayer he put the final touches to the new constitution for Congress which he had been unable to finish the previous night. The rest of the morning was spent answering letters. Someone mentioned the fact that despite his poor health he was working incessantly. 'Tomorrow', he explained, 'I may not be here'. Gandhi would not permit those who attended the prayer meetings: 'If I have to die I should like to die at the prayer meeting. You are wrong in believing that you can protect me from harm. God is my protector.' Mahatma Gandhi's body lay on the pyre with his head to the north. In that position Buddha met his end. At 4:45 p.m., Ramdas, the third son of the Mahatma, set fire to the funeral pyre. The logs burst into flames. The vast assemblage groaned. Women wailed; men wept. The wood crackled and seethed and the flames united into a single fire. Now there was silence. Gandhi's body was being reduced to ashes and cinders. A nation's father was dead. Sobbing Soul

-->
It’s hard to flourish the feelings
To someone that I only wish
Nor I can’t even invite him to a show
To share those sweet giggles
And even have a blink to my shadow

It’s killing me…
That I should hide this witless feeling inside
But it’s ok darling…
I know I must not have touched you
Even for a single minute when I hug you.
When I got the chance to say “I like you”
I would not hesitate to say it
Even the “I Love You’s”
It’s true, and I really do.

I may be bats in the belfry
That can even catch the fireflies
I wanna push the cupids’ arrow to you
So you could descry this sobbing soul
For I want to belong to you
No matter how long the ladies in a row.

Kai…. –Thanks!

Farewell....Michael Jackson

I’ve been an avid fan of MJ since I was a kid. Like any other fan, I used to listen to his music then became a lover of his great songs. I love his style, in fact I admire him most every time I saw him dancing. With his best moves, oh, no one can do it the way he used to break it on the stage. But… we don’t own our lives and it is the sad part of being human on this world. Everything ends and nothing is permanent.... MJ is gone...

Just wanna say farewell to the one I appreciate and idolize. Though presence leaves, the music will keep on playing.
