Bicol Resort - Villa Azon

It’s funny indeed to think that I added another year to my age on the month of June. But hmmm… it’s not a problem anyway; it doesn’t show on the face, hahah!

I celebrated my birthday twice on a different Resort. The first day was with my family and the next day was with friends.  The Resorts was quiet cool and I’m sure everyone had fun.

I can’t remember when was the last time I had celebrated my birthday with my family, so when I get this chance to be with them on that special day I’d really think of giving it a blast to make every moment an unforgettable one.

The spree with the family happened in Villa Azon Resort. This place is located in Matagbac Tabaco City, Albay which is already considered as one of the best resort in the City of Love.  It is a well developed zone having three swimming pools including the children’s pool. Cottages come in different styles and rates. They also have a function hall where a big event can be celebrated for a massive number of visitors. If you feel like singing, then you can make it happen for they own a videoke machine where you can sing out loud. The resort also has good rooms for accommodation where you can stay by the night or you feel like staying for days or weeks on their friendly rates.

This is a real perfect place for everyone to spend a day for relaxing and creating moments with families, friends and special someone. Actually, this is my family’s favourite place of loosening up from a busy day and when they feel just like to sit back and unwind, you can find them here. Their hideaway, hahah!

So, if you happen to visit the City of Love don’t you forget to drop by at Villa Azon. Grab a time to experience a different leisure of life.

San Miguel Island on a Black Saturday

Just got the time to make this meme, been busy with life…

Holy week was so good. For two years of my stay in Manila, I never had the chance to visit Bicol to spend my holy days since I used to choose it to be on other places to commemorate the event. Now this time, I really grab the chance to be home and spend it with the family.

I traveled on a Holy Thursday and was home at seven in the evening. Just had some dinner and headed for a good rest in my daddy’s bedroom. I spent my Good Friday with the whole fam and cousins, played with my nephew (orange) until I let him cry, hahaha! We we’re about to watch the “prusisyon” but the crowd make me feel so dizzy that I can’t handle myself from so much pushing and heat. But then, Black Saturday was so awesome that we all planned to cross San Miguel Island for a gathering.

San Miguel however can be found at the end of the strip of islands in the Lagonoy Gulf located in the province of Albay. And proud to say, it is still a part of Tabaco City (Ciudad nin Pagkamoot). The beach though is full of sea grasses, you can still be grateful for the beauty of it where you can also see starfish around, corals, dead corals and other fine stuff at the sea.

I appreciate the island so much. God’s hands are really amazing in creating the nature. Since I am a nature lover, I really memorized every single thing that I can see around. We had so much fun at the beach, and feel so fine that I spend that day with the whole family. Easter Sunday was a church day and a rest, for the next day is a time to be back to a place where I must be.

Bicol's Best Beach and Places

When I was at my young age, I always dream of living by the sea and have a nice and cool house out there so I could enjoy the sea breeze in the morning, relax myself from the busy street of the city and give myself a huge time to unwind. I’m a typical Bicolana who always loved to enjoy the beauty of nature and always tend to appreciate its natural work of art. Well, If you happen to notice everything that surrounds you, you’ll be pleased to know more about it and how they'll perfectly give beauty to your life.

Bicol in particular owns wonderful beach and places that you’ll actually love to see and experience to stay to feel its magnificence. I haven’t travel much around Bicol but I’m still looking forward to see all its loveliness in due time. For sure, this will require me saving some cash for a cool journey. Though now I’m living far away from home, I always ensure to have time to go by the beach near our place every time I went home because it always gives me a different feeling of relieving myself from my busy world way back here in Manila. I love the beach so much and I’m obsessed with beaches. And one thing that I wanna do for the rest of my life is to visit and go to different beach resorts may it be here in the Philippines or in other countries. I’ve been to some cool beach resorts too and I really love the feeling of being there.

I’ve got some photos here of Bicol’s best places, resorts and beaches that I’ve collected from different sources, so try exploring them and if you think you got the time to drop by Bicol region, find some time to visit these places.
