Now, let’s
talk about the second birthday of my baby boy, Thyrell. J
It was
another exciting day for all of us, another 12th day of the month of August of the year 2016. Though the celebrant doesn’t know much
about that, but we the parents is almost busy as a bee preparing for that
special day. We thought of just celebrating it at home, but eventually the
simple planned celebration turned out into a pool party instead.

We rented a
private resort to accommodate everyone at the party, The Cool Point private pool at Dasmarinas,
Cavite. I decorated the venue with my
DIY party favors (which I actually learned from Pinterest), cooked yummy foods,
and a sweet candy table for everyone. We also made our own DIY photobooth which
I find it really amazing that was made by my husband’s sister and cousins. The
party’s theme was “Cars” inspired by the Lightning Mcqueen theme ideas. It’s too
simple to make since we could find a lot of stuffs of cars and easy DIYs to
copy. I made the preparation for about two (2) weeks just to make sure
everything and every detail I want to happen will be there. Daddy Christian
also had the idea of having a personalized T-shirt for us, printed with “Cars”
theme. And of course, the Cake! I personally designed the cake! :D We also had the "palayok" game. The kids had some real fun! All worth it for the birthday party of our baby boy!
The Cool point private resort however is a nice place to celebrate your special events, mostly if you really want some privacy around. You just need to pay for the whole rental and there you can use their amenities. The kitchen, the lounge, the pool, the court, and the rooms if you and your friends wants to stay for an overnight.
They have two swimming pools, one for the children pool and the adult pool. The basketball court is just a half court, but anyway not bad for you to play around the ball. The kitchen is nice and clean. You can cook your preferred foods there. They even have a free Wi-Fi for you to enjoy. Not bad for an 8K price (price may change.this is the price we payed during that time). And oh! the videoke machine was a blast for the whole party!

Kithet who helped us made the photobooth with Mayumi and Nelly, and of course
to our best Daddy Christian, for making all these possible on the special day
